Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox.
2. Open a new tab and press down arrow.
3. Observe the highlighted suggestion/topsite/url.

Expected result

• The highlight is more contrasted and easily distinguishable from the address bar color scheme.

Actual result

• The highlight lacks contrast and blends with the address bar.

Regression range

• Not a regression.
