The above url contains a forum discussion on the bug.
The bug is repro on both mozilla and firebird. I put it here cause I thought
this is the future so things must be happening here :) please make it a mozilla
bug if you feel thats where it belongs.

The initial problem I posted on the forum is as follows.

Hi The problem is (both on Linux and MSW)
go to any book page on amazone.com
e.g.
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0596000529/qid=1052328789/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_1/104-6973918-6874335?v=glance&s=books&n=507846
Then go to the customers review part of the page.
On the line that says "Was this review helpful to you?" start selecting the text
and go beyond (to the right of) the no button.
There will be sudden schrolling almost upto the bottom of the page.
The problem doesnt have anything to do with the text (I think). It happens even
if you just start selecting at the empty space after the no button and go
slightly to the right.
Going to the right of the no button is necessary.

Is this already a known bug (bug # ?) can somebody file a bug otherwise?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to the url
2.go to the customer review
3.select the was this helpful to you text and go to the right of the yes/no
buttons selecting everything

Actual Results:  
page suddenly scrolls to the bottom

Expected Results:  
the above shouldnt happen

using phoenix cvs as on may7 as well as mozilla-1.3-r1
