To reproduce on (nightly build) 1999120108 WinNT:
1) <CTRL> B (that should open the bookmark manager, works fine).
2) scroll down on your bookmark manager, (if your bookmark file isn't long
enough to scroll resize it smaller then scroll down.)
3) click on a bookmark.
4) try to drag it. (watch mozilla crash instead).

Expected result:
no crash.
bookmark becomes moveable.

Actual results:
crash.

By the way, cheers to whoever is working on the bookmark management code! Now I
can arrange. :)
