After converting urlbar variables to design tokens, we have a mix up of camel case and not came case variables now around urlbarview. For the sake of consistency let's make everything match the lowercase token pattern, even variables that we may not be tokenizing for specific reasons.

Needs to be fixed in browser/themes/shared/urlbar/, so moving this to Firefox :: Address Bar.
