2053971 - Account Hub Manual Config - Exchange type view authentication select changes

The behavior of the authentication method select dropdown has to change to match the design. A user should have a consistent experience when they switch between exchange options

Acceptance criteria:

• When a user sees the form in this step, and ews is recommended, they should see "Select an option" in the authentication dropdown.
• If this step is visited from the config found step, the user should see the authentication option that the found config has determined.
• When the user is recommended Graph as a protocol, they shouldn't see that preselected if they click the EWS option.
• If a user adds information to the tenant id and app id fields, those values should remain if they switch between exchange type options.
• Tests for this step should cover all of these changes and interactions
