STR:
- Launch latest Android Nightly 154.0a1.
- Settings > Customize > Show tab bar.
- Create a normal tab and a private tab.
- Switch to private mode from the homepage.
Expected:
Tab bar shows private tabs and keyboard appears when tapping address bar.
Actual:
Tab bar is empty and address bar unresponsive to taps. Fixed by opening tabs list.
