This is a follow up ticket for Bug 1875517. Once the playback controls have landed, let's update the visuals of the PiP player (especially the closed captions and playback speed panels) to match our Nova spec: https://www.figma.com/design/XT0eDYh4RtbMNWaYQi0efM/Chrome-Sidebar-UX-Specifications--Sprint-1-?node-id=29047-283318&p=f&m=dev. Because the player was implemented before the genesis of our moz reusable components, I'd instead opt for updating our CSS to use the appropriate design tokens when Nova is enabled.
