When I click on the more button nothing happens (except tha button few becomes enebled). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Go to Tools, message filters 2.Make a filter 3.Press button More Actual Results: Nothing (except tha button few becomes enebled) Expected Results: Let me add m\another rule to use for that filter.

Resize the window to fix. A new condition _is_ actually added, you just don't see it because the default window size in 1.3 (when upgrading from an older build) was too small. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 199057 ***
