The current implementation contains Thunderbird-specific logic for resolving bundled theme Fluent IDs.

This was introduced as a short-term solution while preserving Thunderbird's existing localized built-in theme names.

Investigate a longer-term mechanism that allows Thunderbird to override or extend the bundled theme localization mapping without requiring application-specific conditionals in ThemesBundledLocalization.sys.mjs.
