We've had the legacy Edge migrator disabled for a few releases, and haven't heard a peep from people clamouring to have it back. I suspect we can remove it altogether now.

This means not only removing EdgeProfileMigrator.sys.mjs, but also a host of specialized legacy Edge migration utils in MSMigrationUtils, the nsIEdgeMigrationUtils stuff, and possibly other things. We should survey EdgeProfileMigrator for things that only it uses, and rip them and their tests out.
