EdgeHTML Edge (Legacy Edge) stopped being supported by Microsoft in 2021. Similar to bug 1995264, we might want to do some analysis to figure out if we can finally get rid of the old-school Edge migrator (including a bunch of MSMigrationUtils stuff).

I have no problem with this.
