206002 - bookmarks submenus get "stranded" in stuck-open state if right click properties selected on folder parent.

To reproduce error.  Must have submenues in the bookmarks folders. (Mine were
imported from IE.)

When I am navigating "Bookmarks | Imported IE Favorites" I have a bookmark
folder called Entertainement.  When I hover over the bookmark folder a submenu
expands.  While it is expanded, I right click on the Entertainment folder and
choose properties.  When I close properties, all menues but the expanded
Entertainment folder close.  

Neither clicking nor right-clicking get rid of the "stranded" submenu.  The only
way to close the menu is to navigate to a peer of the stranded menu in the
Bookmarks menu and then navigate off of it.

Also was able to strand a right context menu once or twice, but not
reproducibly.  Think a right click selection on a menu item should collapse all
sub-menus before opening a dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Mozilla Firebird
2. On the menu expand [ Bookmarks | Imported IE Favorites | Links ]
3. While the Links submenu is expanded, right click and choose properties on the
Links folder itself.
4. Close the properties dialog.

Actual Results:  
The Links submenu is now "stranded".


Expected Results:  
When a Bookmark context menu option is selected.  All open menu levels should be
closed before a dialog is opened.
