Steps to reproduce

1. Run Firefox Nightly on Linux. I'm running on Manjaro with the KDE desktop environment.
2. Load a Bugzilla ticket, such as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=nova-foxfooding
3. Log in
4. Click "Edit Bug"
5. Click the dropdown button for the Priority field

Actual results

There are a couple of things about the appearance of the dropdown popup which look off:

• The rounder corners of the popup extend above the top of the control
• Inside the popup, the highlight for the selected item extends outside of the popup background

Expected results

Rounder corners nest nicely / remain in bounds of their parent
