Follow-up to Bug 2058050, deferred to post-Nova.
Context: Bug 1805277 updated several default bookmark UTM campaign tags according to channel (Nightly, Beta, Release). The default bookmarks location has since changed, moving from the toolbar to the Bookmarks Menu. We may want to revisit these campaigns and decide whether they're worth updating or removing entirely.
Following Bug 2058050, the Nightly tag utm_campaign=new-users-nightly will be left unchanged for the "Get Involved" bookmark.
