After right-clicking the Back or Forward button, if you immediately open a menu
on the Menu bar, the context menu from the Back or Forward button will remain
until you click on an item on it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-clicking the Back or Forward button.
2. Make sure that the context menu remains open.
3. Click on an item on the menu bar, say Bookmarks.
4. Two menus are now open.

Actual Results:  
Whatever you do, you cannot cause the context menu from the Back or Forward
button to close. Click on an item from the context menu from the Back or Forward
button. The context menu disappears.

Expected Results:  
The context menu should disappear after the action in Step 3.

This bug requires you to leave the page you're working on to rid of the context
menu.
