Other profiles subheader
In instances when a user has 1+ profile, let's please add a subheader Other profiles to the Application menu > Profiles section, to give a better indication of what the items are.
In the screenshot, the left is the updated spec with the subheader, the right is the screenshot from the current Nightly.
