Preconditions

• Have at least one switchable profile created.

Steps to reproduce

1. Click App menu -> Profiles
2. Observe the Profiles panel

Expected result

• The Profiles panel should display the "Other profiles" header above the list of available profiles, as specified in the Figma specifications.

Actual result

• The "Other profiles" header is missing from the panel, leaving the profile list directly below the divider line.

Regression range

• The issue was introduced with the Nova styling changes to the Profiles menu in the App menu. It is also reproducible in Firefox 155.

Additional notes

• The issue is reproducible regardless of whether Nova is enabled or disabled. However, the UI updates to the App menu were implemented as part of the Nova design refresh. If this issue is not considered Nova-related, please remove Bug 2022254 from the Blocks field.

Verified as fixed using the latest Nightly 157.0a1 (Build ID: 20260908042139) on macOS 26, Ubuntu 24.04 and Windows 11 - the "Other profiles" header is now displayed to the Profiles panel in the App menu.
