[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: similar to bug 1975262 but copilot ending support for sidebar chatbot as of august 18. on-train fix doing the same as the rollout https://experimenter.services.mozilla.com/nimbus/copilot-chatbot-sunset which rolls out to all channels 143+ so not actually as urgent to uplift

a separate bug for potentially showing message to existing copilot users to suggest smart window kinda like bug 1993077 (which didn't happen) but some caveats of smart window isn't available globally unlike chatbot

maybe we'll just let this ride the trains as ai controls bug 2010284 added a string that references the providers

previously the description was more generic “Adds the chatbot of your choice to the sidebar, for quick access as you browse.” only showing the providers in the menu (dynamically generated)

katie, is there a provider-less string that makes it easier to add/remove providers than the current "Keep a chatbot in view as you browse. Choose from Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Google Gemini, and Mistral Vibe."

Yes, I think we can switch to something generic here since the latest options are always a click away (in the dropdown, as well as SUMO (learn more). This should work:
