similar to bug 1975289 when removing huggingchat https://support.mozilla.org/kb/ai-chatbot refers to both copilot and le chat mistral

bug 2064442 removes copilot
bug 2051401 updated the mistral name to "Mistral Vibe"

i believe we can update the first paragraph and the provider table by removing copilot and renaming mistral. i've attached an updated provider selection screen with 4 providers

jolie, i do see previously bug 1975289 comment 5 put kept the table row with "huggingchat has closed" but not sure if we want to do that or just remove

Let's remove both Copilot and HuggingChat.

We'll also need to update the screenshot under "How to change chatbot providers" section. Ed - can you share a screenshot without Copilot? Thanks.
