2064462 - Extension homepage links are opened inside Thunderbird

Steps to reproduce:

I installed an addon. Then I clicked on the "homepage" link in its "details" tab.

Actual results:

The homepage was opened as a new tab in Thunderbird.

Expected results:

The homepage should have been opened in my browser.

Thunderbird is perfectly able to open links in my browser, it does that correctly when I click a link in an email. But for some reason links for addon homepages are treated differently. This is quite annoying, I then have to manually copy-paste the URL into the browser to properly view the page (e.g. to report an issue with the addon, as the link is often a github repo).

I agree that would be preferable.
The code is here: https://searchfox.org/comm-central/rev/808f2b136bd6cada529fdfa4cabd31e05e42f9dc/mail/base/content/aboutAddonsExtra.js#45. It should call openLinkExternally instead.
