Steps to reproduce:
Open the pdf attachment inside Thunderbird (not using an external application). Click on the print icon in the inline viewer to print it in any printer.
Actual results:
The pdf should be printed normally.
Expected results:
Empty pages are printed.
This is a possible duplicate of bug #1959171 that affected version 137, but now appeared in 154.0.

Bug 2057444 was fixed for 155, but not for 154.
