User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:154.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/154.0
Steps to reproduce:
Create sufficient bookmarks in the bookmarks menu to trigger overflow, then in the overflow menu, right click a bookmark folder item and observe that the context menu is rendered off the bottom of the screen. This happens for top-level folders and for nested folders.
Actual results:
The context menu renders below the mouse cursor, off the bottom of the screen, and is inaccessible. (The attached screenshot shows the bottom of my display)
Expected results:
The context menu should be rendered above if there is insufficient space, similar to how it behaves for non-folder item entries.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Bookmarks & History' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Moving across to core, since the front-end doesn't determine placement of the menu.

Yes, we can't use move-to-rect if the child-parent popus are not adjacent.
