Session Restore telemetry should let us determine what fraction of startups successfully restored the user's session across Firefox populations. When start up doesn't completely restore a previous session, we need to be able to determine why, if something went wrong, in what way and how often this happens.
This meta bug will be an umbrella for telemetry improvements for Session Restore. We have some existing bugs on file, but need new ones to get the kind of granularity necessary to get an accurate picture and prioritize work in this area.
