Steps to reproduce:

Try to switch vertical tabs while in fullscreen mode.

Actual results:

The sidebar does NOT appear when moving the cursor to the side where tabs are located. You are forced to move the cursor to the TOP of the screen instead. When the UI appears, the page layout severely distorts and jumps around.

If you move the cursor diagonally toward the vertical tabs, the UI instantly disappears before you can click anything. You have to carefully trace the cursor along the top and side edge of the screen just to switch a tab.

Expected results:

Why completely remove a useful feature instead of giving users an option in settings? I expect to easily view and switch vertical tabs in fullscreen mode without leaving fullscreen and without the UI breaking the page layout.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sidebar' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
