I'd like to confirm this bug. I'm running Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040113 on WinXP sp1, fully patched.
Many evangelism issues have been reported about rad.com in bug 261353: abondant use/code relying on - document.all property - Element referenced by ID/NAME in the global scope - window.event
No longer see popup issue, menus wfm using FF 1.0.4.
