Mozilla version prior to 1.4alpha had a keyboard shortcat Control-M for the menu
bar item "File -> New -> Message" to write a new email messages. 

1.4alpha (and the current 1.4beta) have this keyboard shortcut not in the
browser window, but in the mail/news window, the address book window and the
composer window. 



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a Mozilla browser window
2. click "File -> New" 

Result: the line "Message" doesn't have a keyboard shortcut assiciated to it. 

alternatively

1. open a browser window
2. press Control+M

Result: nothing happens



I saw this bug in the Windows version and Linux/x86 of Mozilla, but I expect it
to exist on all plattforms.

It is back on recent nightlies. I can saw it on my 2 hours old CVS based trunk
build - linux.

So, you can wait for 1.4RC, or download a nightly build.

Reporter is using a 7 may build, and bug was fixed yesterday.

So today's build will be ok.
