206954 - only first page printed when printing all of an MSN Zone document

When I attempt to print the page mentioned, my printer (an HP cp1700 - quality,
so the problem probably isn't there) only prints page 1 of the site.  It shows
it as "1 of 1" at bottom left of printed page.

There is a very good probability this is a problem with the MSN site, as I had
to go through their nag screen to use IE.  However, the page displays correctly
in Mozilla, so the question becomes why can't I print what can be laid out?

Also having problems with printing selections of this page (an effort to get the
text to print if print all doesn't work).  Will put into a new bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to the site.
2.  Go through the Zone's nag page.
3.  Attempt to print using default settings of print all and such.

Actual Results:  
  - Only first page is printed and is erroneously page-numbered as "1 of 1".

Expected Results:  
It should have printed the whole page and numbered correctly as "1 of #", "2 of
#", etc.

As mentioned previously, this is Microsoft's site that makes you go through a
nag screen to view it if not using IE, so it may be a Zone problem.
