Deploy Taskcluster 109.0.0 and ronin_puppet cc3aed8 to the ten Firefox CI Windows cloud image configurations listed below. This includes Windows 10, Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2, ARM64 testers and builders, and Windows Server 2022 and 2025, including trusted builders. Hardware deployment is deferred.

fxci-config PR #1209 merged on September 14, 2026 at 13:49:35 UTC. Production apply passed at 14:00:11 UTC. All 92 affected worker pools use the new configuration.

All ten Azure gallery versions have provisioningState Succeeded and deploymentId cc3aed8. All ten published SBOMs confirm cc3aed8 and version 109.0.0 for generic-worker, livelog, start-worker, and taskcluster-proxy.

The ronin_puppet changes restore Windows Papertrail logging, fix NXLog refresh and worker-runner configuration ownership, and add the Windows Server 2025 builder role.

Worker checks at 14:06 UTC:
New-image workers reached running in comm-t/win11-64-25h2 (5), gecko-1/b-win2022 (1), gecko-t/win11-64-25h2 (27), and gecko-t/win11-64-25h2-large (8). Their launch-configuration IDs match cc3aed8. Other pools still need confirmation. At 14:03 UTC, 83 of the 92 pools had no pending tasks.

One Azure operation-preemption error occurred on the 25H2 GPU pool after apply. The same error occurred before deployment. This does not establish a new image regression.

Validation remains incomplete:
The PR integration run failed TestNewTabOnRestore.test_reuses_existing_newtab_rightmost in Windows 11 25H2 debug Marionette after the connection timed out. That run used mozilla-central builds.

Three repeat runs were submitted using builds from the latest autoland decision task avACZdCgSGmEBnZhWluodA. Results are pending; these runs do not establish full tier 1 coverage.
