using Mozilla 1.3, receive an email in inbox then delete it and empty trash in
Mozilla email client; then use any text editor like Notepad etc. and look at the
content of the inbox file, the message will still be there but will not show in
the inbox i.e. it has not really been deleted. The is a major problem for
security archieving of emails, virus loaded email full deletions and file size
control.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Received an email
2.delete that email and empty trash in email client
3. view email file with text editor
4. email still exists in file but does not show in Mozilla email client

Actual Results:

fully deleted the given email and its contents
