[Nova] The "Add Note" button in the Tab Preview panel is misaligned with the panel borders

When the Tab Preview panel was originally created, some padding was added to the tab thumbnail, which caused the “Add note” button above it to align with the thumbnail. Under Nova, however, the button's border radius is no longer aligned with the panel border. See attached.
Also without the Add Note button, the thumbnail border radius looks off and unaligned to the panel border.
With some minor changes, the panel can look like this.
The decrease in the padding between the panel border and the thumbnail seems negligible imo.
