request: add a column "download time" to download manager window, soo that it is
easier to sort downloads by time ascending or descending. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Sometimes I can't figure out which files I have donloaded last
2. I open the download manger window
3. I cannot find it out here as well, vecause there is no datetime column to
sort on. 



Expected Results:  
dd a column "download time" to download manager window, soo that it is easier to
sort downloads by time ascending or descending. 
Better still, make the order or columns in the download manager fully
customizable and "re-order-able"
