The menu of bookmarks don't clear from the screen when the right click menu
<properties> is selected.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select <Bookmarks>, <Imported IE Favourites>
2. Right Click on any folder in Favourites and select <properties>
3. If the user then clicks on <OK> or <cancel> the popup of bookmarks within the
folder fails to clear from the screen.

Actual Results:  
Left with a whole screenful of bookmarks and the browser fails to minimize.

Expected Results:  
The browser should clear the screenful of bookmarks.

This damn page keeps jumping into search while I'm trying to type. Most distracting.
