Mozilla SeaMonkey and Firebird builds crash consistently on print/preview
actions.  The testcase linked below (attached to bug 206260, which I am
splitting as this crash bug is in the trunk) is as simplified as I can get it,
with comments in the HTML where certain changes will prevent the crash.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open linked testcase
2. Open File -> Print Preview
3. Watch the talkback agent appear

Actual Results:  
Mozilla crashed

Expected Results:  
Rendered the page in preview window

Appeared to be similar to bug 194330, however the patch was checked in yesterday
and today's Firebird and SeaMonkey builds still crash.

Using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030606
Mozilla Firebird/0.6 for Firebird build.
