Cannot create a second newsgroup account if one already exists with the same
server. The same happens if I create a totoally different account and then
change the name of the server to an already existing one.
This seems to be by design but AFA i'm concered it's a bug. I have to accounts
on the same news server, one anonymous and one regular, and I'd like to be able
to use both without switching profiles.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a news account with server "news.cis.dfn.de"
2. Create another news accoung with the same server
3.

Actual Results:  
Although the creation process finishes without a complaint, the second account
is not created.
