(I am one of the users that actually like keeping some history in the download manager's list view, unlike what's described in bug 132755). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. download a really large number of files, e.g. don't remove any downloaded file for several month. 2. download another one Actual Results: The position of the newly downloaded file in the list seems to be randomly chosen. Expected Results: Newly schedules files should be at the top (or bottom) of the list
nit : fixed typo in summary if i understand your request correctly this is bug 180623. If not, please reopen this one. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 180623 ***
