If you have a long list of downloaded files, it would be helpful to be able to
sort this list by the time/date the download was scheduled, i.e. all newly added
files are at the top of the list.

(I am one of the users that actually like keeping some history in the download
manager's list view, unlike what's described in bug 132755).


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download a really large number of files, e.g. don't remove any downloaded
file for several month.
2. download another one


Actual Results:  
The position of the newly downloaded file in the list seems to be randomly chosen.

Expected Results:  
Newly schedules files should be at the top (or bottom) of the list
