I came across the attached error message using the following build:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030609 
(I had clicked on a link to something in Flash and it asked me how I wanted to
open it.)

I would suggest at the very least, remove the "Sorry about that." sentence, but
may be good to have a tech writer come up with something better.
