Details

Based on a string of bugs such as bug 202743 and bug 187752, I propose shipping
Camino with a default setting for minimum font size. What value should be used
is debatable (I personally use 9) but I'd say the smallest value to prevent text
from breaking apart in pages that haven't been QA'd in Camino would be a
satisfactory resolution.
This is currently being done (to 10 in all-camino.js).
