If there are multiple accounts configed and mail with a mailto URL is in the
body, clicking on the link pops-up a compose window for the default account, not
the current context account.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Config mail/news for multiple accounts
2. Send mail to a non-primary account (not the first one in left sidebar) with a
mailto link.
3. click on link, compose window selects first account not the current.
Expected Results:
Create a compose window based upon the accont profile of the current message
where the URL is.
