210206 - Mozilla Will Not Import Favorites or Bookmarks from Opera 7.11 exported .adr or .html files

I tried exporting Bookmarks from the latest build of Opera 7.11, both as an .adr
file and as a .html and .htm file. Mozilla doesn't recognize the .adr file at
all using "Manage Bookmarks>Tools>Import". Mozilla will only import addresses
from an .html or .htm file that are on the root level, (i.e. not categorized in
folders) of the .html or .htm file. it doesn't recognize anything else.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In Opera 7.11 " File>Export>Bookmarks (or Bookmarks as html)"
2.Save file as "Opera7.adr or Opera7.html or Opera7.htm"
3.In Mozilla "Bookmarks>Manage Bookmarks>Tools>Import"
4. Choose Opera7.adr or Opera7.html in "Import File" Dialogue and Click "Open".


Actual Results:  
Nothing happend with .adr file. With .html and .htm file, Mozilla only imported
files that were on the root level, (i.e. not categorized in folders. Mozilla
doesn't recognize anything else.

Expected Results:  
All my Bookmarks should be imported in the same catagories/Folders and same
order and organization as I had in Opera.
