When the forward and back buttons list multiple targets, it uses the 'title' of
the web page as an indicator. As many CGI pages, etc., have the same title, it
would be useful if the status bar, or a tooltip, showed what the URL was, to
aide in differentiating between different pages.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.mozzila.org
2. Go to www.mozilla.org/start
3. Go to www.mozilla.org/releases
4. Select and hold the 'back' button so it displays the list of previous pages.
5. Move mouse over previous pages
6. No indicator of URL in status bar or tool tips

Actual Results:  
No indicator of URL in status bar or tool tips

Expected Results:  
Indicate of URL in status bar or tool tips

This is related to bug 43180, which looks like it has a patch on the horizon.
Perhaps the two could be merged. Sending this to History: Session, since that is
where that bug was filed.

Same changes as before, reworked into XBL. I know toolkit/..../popup.xml is not the right place to put the handlers, can someone suggest a better place?

You can add XBL bindings to browser/base/content

Dao, any thoughts?  should we unify the various binding files we use in the main window and append this there?

urlbarBindings.xml seems like a good start for a general-purpose browser bindings file, since it already contains more than just urlbar bindings. It would need a new name, and browser-tabPreviews.xml could potentially be merged into it.
