I recently installed 1.4rc3 on my WinME system and it works fine. When I
booted up my Win2000 system, I tried running 1.4rc3 from the icon but it didn't
work so I tried to install it again while running Win2000 but the install
didn't seem to take as long as it did under WinME. I did not see any errors
but I can not get 1.4rc3 to run under Win2000.
