211408 - Crashes immediately upon launch; talkback is not triggered

When mozilla.exe is run, a Windows dialogue box shows: 'Mozilla.exe has
generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the
program. An error log is being created.' See attachment. Have tried uninstalling
/ reinstalling / rebooting, etc. -- still get the same behaviour. The talkback
agent is on, but talkback does not launch when the error occurs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run mozilla.exe
Actual Results:  
Mozilla crashes, as described above.

Expected Results:  
Run.
