In the mail window, the addressing section says "Cc:" and "Bcc:" instead of "CC:" and "BCC:". (I've heard that that odd mixed-case form comes from Microsoft Outlook. Most people seems to prefer Cc/Bcc over CC/BCC, see bug 50826.
Bug 50826, as Mats said, already established the consistent use of Cc and Bcc. You can read some comments on that bug for their reasons. Should we mark this bug as DUPLICATE, INVALID, or WONTFIX, or something? (Anyone feel free to do what you want or drop a comment.)
