This is a problem and a potential security threat to those who may be filling in
sensitive forms.

Firebird's "Save form information" option, which is set by default, cannot be
unset, despite the value of the check box in the preferences dialog that reads
"Save information I enter in web page forms and the Search Bar".

This bug, coupled with bug 204359 can be potentially hazardous to those who wish
to keep information from being saved in the web browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uncheck the checkbox under "Save form information"
2. Clear saved forms
3. Go to a website that has forms
4. Type something in and submit
5. Leave to another site, go back and start typing the same thing. The
drop-down menu for saved information will appear

Actual Results:
The form completion drop-down menu appeared, despite the preference is set to
disable.

Expected Results:
No form drop-down should have appeared, nor should the browser have cached the
information.
I looked into the options in about:config, and it sets browser.formfill.enable
to false. Seems it may be something with the engine itself.
