The feature "delete junk mail in this folder older than x days" seems to be
broken. It was working fine in Mozilla 1.3.1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.activate junk mail controls and the feature "delete junk mails older than x days"
2.receive junk mail over a few days
3.look into the "Junk" folder

Actual Results:  
All the junk messages filtered are still there, even those MUCH older than the
specified age.

Expected Results:  
delete the messages older than the specified age.
