This is the firebird specific version of bug 23471 . I created this bug since
the file filePicker.properties is not shared between the appsuite and firebird.

This patch adds file extensions to the filter names in the filter dropdowns of
the open file dialog.
note: I have not been able to test this on a mac. someone plz. verify that I
haven't broken anything there.

Ben, Blake, this looks like a nice little bit of polish and if we take it, we'll
want to beat the l10n freeze. Can one of you review?

Does this show the extensions on OS X?
If so, then we need two sets of strings - one for Windows, one for OS X (should
not show the extensions).

File -> Open shows a file filter of "All Files (*.*)" in Aurora 20.0a2 (2013-01-26).
