The urls collected in the location bar history could be editable as all other 
lists and databases (cookies, passwords, pop-up sites, ...) are editable using 
native dialogs for at least removing records. Editing some .rdf or .dat file 
seems dangerous.

Bug 87098 would do if you only want to remove a particular item (like hiding an
embarrising for your wife or boss).

Thanks, that would be enough. Editing an entry is easy. Just a pity the bug 
87098 seems dead for a year.
