Above page has <link rel="icon" type="image/icon" href="index.ico" />.
It is always shown correctly in Mozilla App Suite, but never has in FB/Phoenix
as far as i can remember (I am using it from ver. ~0.2). In Firebird, page's
icon is displayed correctly, and then immediately, in the same second, the
default page icon is drawn instead. It doesn't happen in tab bar, only in
address bar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://ursus.mif.vu.lt/xchat/aa/ and notice page icon in address bar and
tab bar.

Actual Results:  
Tab bar is showing the right page icon, but in address bar, a default page icon
is shown instead, but one can see a right page icon flicker for a moment just
when loading page.

Expected Results:  
Get right page icon in address bar, instead of a default one. Mozilla from App
Suite behaves correctly, but not Firebird.

Switching between tabs seems to "fix" this, as I have noticed this as well.
Maybe related to bug 184265

It doesn't fix for me. When swithing back to tab, a correct page icon appears
for a short time and then get hidden by default one.

Page/bookmark icons in FB are a real mess, I often experience weird things with
icons in Bookmarks menu.

Sorry I that I didn't pick this up earlier. Dupe of 181872, which makes this an
old bug :)
