All the articles over at www.herald.com/archive/barry include an hr tag, with the parameters "width=100% size=1 noshade", used near a table that contains an image. The hr is rendered to the left or to the right of the image under netscape navigator 4.7, but under Debian's packaging of m11, the hr is drawn through the image as well as the proper placement. It looks quite a bit silly. :)
