Details

The tinderbox performance graphs to be moved to axolotl as part of the process of transitioning mozilla.org to the Mozilla Foundation. Preliminary work can be done now, but axolotl needs to land in its new colo space before the final switch is flipped.
Summary: tinderbox performance graphs → move tinderbox performance graphs from tegu to axolotl
installed gnuplot and turned httpd on. Next, need to pull the graph stuff and grant cgi permissions.
graph server up on axolotl, empty content for now. Still need to migrate data over, and switch tbox defaults to axolotl.
migrated data tonight. Switched luna, comet, btek over to new graph server. These graphs there have a ~ 12 hour blackout, if someone really needs this they can go look at tegu. Other boxes will need to switch over by cvs update or by hand, this will happen over time (sooner the better). Marking fixed.
